Welcome to Uganda safari that takes you to the most stunning and great view, you will be able to visit Queen elizabeth national park, Uganda’s seond largest national park, where you will see amazing wildlife, like Hoppos, Lions, Antelopes, elephants, Bufalloes, and many others .
OVERVIEW OF THE SAFARI
Queen Elizabeth NP is the second largest national park in Uganda blessed with diverse Eco-systems which include; humid forest, savanna grassland, lakes, wetlands with over 600 bird species, 4/5 big five animals.
This trip engages all your senses combined with the wildlife like elephants, buffaloes, among many others,
A boat cruise that will be done along Kazinga channel which connects Lake Edward and Lake George will reward you with an opportunity to see and spend a time with variety of water birds, hippopotamus, buffalo and elephants on the banks among others.
Day 1: DRIVE TO QUEEN ELIZABETH NP
After the arrival at the Airport, meet our professional and knowledgeable safari guide from Tours And Travel, and will brief you about the safari highlights, then you will drive to Queen NP and have stop over at the Equator (Kayabwe) for lunch and photographs at the Equator which is 72km from Kampala then later proceed to Queen Elizabeth NP while viewing tea plantations, beautiful scenery to mention but a few. You will have dinner and overnight at Engiri Safari Lodge
Day 2: MORNING GAME DRIVE –AFTERNOON BOAT CRUISE
After an early breakfast, we will head for an early game drive in search of animals like lions, leopards, buffalo, elephants antelopes, hyenas, and birds.
We will try out to drive along Queen’s mile and Kasenyi trial in order to see different animals and birds like laughing dove, long- crested Eagle, White- tailed, Lark, Grey Kestrel, Martial Eagle, Hooded vulture, sitting cisticola, Rufous- raped Lark, Grey-headed Kingfisher, pin-tailed Whydah, African mourning Dove, Red-chested sunbird, Black-winged kite,
Later in the afternoon, we will have about cruise along Kazinga channel which offers variety of birds with huge elephants, buffalo and hippopotamus in water and in the banks of the lake.
This will take us 3 hours while viewing some water birds like Grey-crowned crane, Field Kingfisher, African Fish Eagle, Egyptian Goose, Swamp Fly catcher, African Skimmer, African Spoonbill and many others.
Day 3: DRIVE TO KAMPALA
After breakfast, we will drive to Kampala then stop at Igongo cultural for lunch and visit the Igongo Museum which can take us an hour of visit then the cultural village that will show us the traditional living of people in Western Uganda. Then proceed to Kampala later.
