After arrival at Entebbe, we set out straight away to Lake Mburo national park, geographically part of the southern savannah and hosting a range of different birds and animals.
Thereafter, we have a half day in queen Elizabeth national park with impressive crater lakes scenery, grassland and forests, huge herds of elephants and buffalo, lions, leopards and variety of birds. The famous boat cruise along the kazinga channel which links Lake George and Edward and hosts variety of birds and too productive
At the end of the tour, we will have unique list of memorable bird and mammal sightings. You will have enjoyed the most colorful, hospitable, lovable country in Africa.

DETAILS OF THE ITENERARY
DAY 1: (TRANSFER TO LAKE MBURO NATIONAL PARK)
Arrivals in the morning and later proceed to Lake Mburo National park which contains multiple habitats and we will be birding in areas of wetland, lake and open country with numerous mammals.
Over 300 different bird species have been recorded in the park. The open Acacia grassland particularly along the Zebra Track which is a habitant of red-necked spurfowl, African wattled Lapwing.
Some additional species that we will search for in the park not mentioned above include; African Darter, Rufous-naped and flappet Larks, Water Thick-Knee, common quails, Red Faced Barbet, Striated Heron, Spur-winged Goose, Crested Barbet, Black-headed Gonolek, African Marsh Harrier, African Hawk-Eagle, Yellow-throated longclaw, Lead-coloed flycatcher, Trpical Boubou, Bare-faced Go – away-bird, Holub’s Golden-weavers, Lilac-breasted Roller, common Scimitar bill then we will check the swamps in the park for birds such as papyrus Gonolek, swamp flycatcher and while on the boat we will also have chances of sighting African Finfoot, pied kingfisher, Malachite Kingfisher and African fish Eagle.
Mammals will be a large part of our visit to this park, species we might see include the oribi, common zebras, impalas, Eland hippopotamus, Leopard, Giraffe, Topi all found out in the open park(woodland), bushbuck, waterbuck, olive Baboon, Dwarf Mongoose, Banded Mongose and many others.
We will have our dinner and overnight at Eagles Nest Camp.
DAY 2: (BIRDING AND GAME DRIVE TO QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK).

After breakfast, we will drive to Queen Elizabeth national park and have a stopover at the equator in kasese District where we will experience warm temperatures and tropical climate which makes it quite hard to tell the difference between seasons. You will also have a chance to stand with one of your feet in the Northern hemisphere and the other in the southern hemisphere-and take impressive photo shoots.
Queen Elizabeth National park is the second largest national park in Uganda named after the queen of England who visited in 1954. In terms of diversity, this park is the most scenic and diverse park with a splendid location on the floor of the Albertin Rift valley with over 600 species of birds recorded and these include Martial eagle, Black winged Kite, Long- crested Eagle, African white-backed vulture, Rufus-naped lark, Ovampo sparrowhawk Lowland Akalat, sooty chat, zitting cisticola. Then while on boat cruise, you will have chances of sighting different species of water birds, African skimmer, Hamkerkop, Egyptian goose, yellow-billed Duck, pink-backed pelican, Spur-winged lapwing and then lesser and greater flamingo on the side of lake katwe.
Mammals include African Elephant, Spotted Hyena, Leopard, Lion, Uganda Kobs, Side-Striped Sackal, Baboons, Bush and Water Bucks, warthogs, Giant Forest Hogs to mention but a few.
You will have dinner and overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge.
DAY 3: (GAME DRIVE-DRIVE TO KAMPALA)
After early breakfast, we will have a 2 hour game drive to kasenyi plains to try out our luck of watching/clear view of lions and crater lakes within and outside queen Elizabeth National park then proceed to kampala, stop over at Agip Motel Mbarara for Lunch.
We will have our dinner and Stay At Serena Hotel or any other hotel around kampala.
Next day Morning you will Depart to your home country.
